Born in 1973 and raised in Southern California, Christy Peterson is an American oil painter. In over 25 years of painting she has sold over 2000 works of art. She received a BA from California State University, has certification in the decorative arts from the Rhode Island School of Design and spent three years as a master apprentice to Thomas Kinkade. Her work can be found in galleries, corporate collections, municipal buildings, hospitals and celebrity homes. Christy currently resides outside of Boston.
