Kim holds a degree in Fine Art from Mass College  of Art and has studied in England, France, and Egypt. With a lineage that includes artists and scientists in her family, Kim’s teaching style imparts a fusion of the formal elements of art and design with the scientific aspects of artist  materials. Her work is described as contemporary realism and is found in collections both here and abroad.
